General Dentist – Overland Park, Kansas

About the Position

An established, doctor-led private dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join a thriving, multi-provider practice in Overland Park, Kansas This is a full-time, permanent opportunity replacing a departing provider in a busy, well-established office with a loyal patient base and excellent support team.

The organization is known for investing in modern technology, clinical autonomy, and creating a collaborative environment where dentists can focus on delivering exceptional patient care while receiving strong operational support.

Position Highlights

• Full-time General Dentist (No part-time availability)
• Start Date: October
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
• Comprehensive dentistry including:
  • Restorative and preventive care
  • Endodontics
  • Surgical extractions
  • Placement and restoration of dental implants
• Join a multi-doctor practice
• Supported by 6–8 hygienists daily
• Modern digital office featuring CBCT and advanced technology
• PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base ( No HMO)
• Looking for a provider who:

  • Educates patients to improve case acceptance
  • Believes in providing lifelong comprehensive care that encourages patient loyalty and referrals

Schedule

• Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Full-time schedule with an excellent work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• $900/day guaranteed for the first 5 months
• Then 33–35% of collections, based on experience and production
