Dentist needed in Mauston, WI
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Dentist to join our team at a community-focused health clinic in Mauston, WI. This organization provides comprehensive dental care to underserved populations, offering a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The clinic is part of a network dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare, including oral health services, in small-town and rural communities.
Mauston is a charming city in central Wisconsin, known for its welcoming community, scenic natural surroundings, and excellent quality of life. It offers a peaceful, family-friendly environment with local schools, recreational opportunities, and a close-knit community atmosphere, making it an ideal location for work-life balance.
Schedule:
Hours vary between 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Friday.
Full-time providers typically work a 40-hour week, in either 4–10 hour or 5–8 hour shifts, with a 30–60 minute lunch break and two hours of administrative time per week.
Daily schedules are developed collaboratively with the clinical chief and provider, under the oversight of the Practice Manager.
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (extended hours coming soon on Mondays and Thursdays).
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $200,000 – $215,000
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Yes
Long- and Short-Term Disability: Yes
Retirement Plan: 401(k) with up to 5% match
Life Insurance: Coverage up to 2x salary, max $250,000
Loan Repayment: Eligible for NHSC
CME: $2,500 annually + 5 paid days
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000; sign-on/retention may be considered
Vacation & Holidays: 5 weeks PTO + paid holidays
