General Dentist – Fort Wayne, Indiana

A well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking an experienced and compassionate General Dentist to join its team.

The practice is part of a growing, dentist-focused dental support organization with practices throughout the Midwest The organization provides its affiliated practices with operational, administrative, recruiting, marketing, and business support while allowing dentists to remain focused on clinical care and their patients.

This is an established family dental practice serving patients of all ages and offering a broad range of general and restorative dental services. The incoming dentist will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care while working alongside an experienced clinical and support team.

  • Comprehensive General Dentistry
  • Crowns & Bridges
  • Restorative Dentistry
  • Cosmetic Dentistry
  • Implant Restorations
  • Extractions
  • Emergency Dental Care
  • Preventive Care

Schedule

Excellent schedule with no Wednesdays and no weekends:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Practice & Technology

The office is equipped with technology designed to support efficient, high-quality patient care, including:

The practice participates with several major dental insurance networks, including Delta Dental and additional PPO fee schedules.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Indiana dental license or ability to obtain
  • Strong general dentistry clinical skills
  • Commitment to providing excellent patient care
  • Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a busy dental environment

Compensation

$200,000+ Annual Earning Potential

  • Compensation potential of up to 35% of collections
  • Established patient base
  • Strong clinical and administrative support
