A well-established private dental practice in Florence, South Carolina is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join their team due to a provider transition. The practice has been serving the local community for nearly three decades and is known for its long-standing patient relationships and high-quality comprehensive care.
Practice Overview:
Established community-based general dentistry office operating for over 25 years
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed on Wednesdays
Collaborative environment working alongside one experienced dentist, two dental assistants, and two hygienists
Five fully equipped operatories; no specialty procedures required
Patient volume averages around 460 visits per month with approximately 20 new patients monthly
Balanced payor mix of 50% fee-for-service and 50% insurance
Excellent 95–97% collection rate
No lab fees when utilizing partner-approved laboratories

About the ORGANIZATION:

The group provides administrative, clinical, and continuing education support while allowing dentists to maintain autonomy in patient care. Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation structure: 30–35% of collections (based on experience)
Daily guarantee for the first 3 months
