Job Description

General Dentist needed in Cullman, AL

• Graduated from an accredited school
• Must be able to obtain Alabama Licensure
• Clean record (no issues that would hinder the ability to practice, such as a revoked or suspended license, CSC, or DEA)
• Must have CSC and DEA (due to the need to write prescriptions)
• CPR Certified
• Full-time, Monday through Friday (8 am to 5 pm)
• See some children (most will go to a pediatric dentist)
• Experience with an electronic patient management system (currently using Epic)
• Must be computer literate (no scribes available)
• See 20+ patients per day (both walk-ins and appointments)
• Must be able to obtain Medicare, BC, and Medicaid numbers
• May occasionally need to work at another location within the network

• Minimum 3-year contract, with a 6-month probationary period
