Our purpose-built, high-spec practice sits at the heart of Long Bay, supporting a rapidly expanding population of families and professionals. The clinic is fully digital and thoughtfully designed, with modern equipment and a supportive, experienced team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centred dental care
• Leading the clinical growth and direction of the practice
• Building and growing a strong, loyal patient base
• Acting as the face of the practice within the local community
• Collaborating with a national support network while enjoying clinical autonomy

• Full-time remuneration of $200K plus 35% commission (wash-up)

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced clinician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role within a growing community.

You’ll bring:

• 5+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Strong clinical capability across a wide range of procedures
• A patient-first approach and excellent communication skills
• The ability to lead, mentor, and build a high-performing practice
• Registration (or eligibility) with the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ)
• A current Annual Practising Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
