Holistic Dental Care is a dentist-owned, purpose-led practice within the Coastal Dental Care network, based at Emerald Lakes in Carrara. Led by Lead Dentist and Practice Owner Dr Carla Simoes, our team sees oral health as part of the bigger picture: physical wellbeing, emotional balance and how a patient feels in the chair. We work with biocompatible materials, favour minimally invasive techniques where we can, and take the time for genuinely personalised care. This is dentistry with intention, not volume.
We're looking for an experienced Dentist to join our multidisciplinary team as a commissioned clinician, working two to three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). Implant experience is essential for this role: we have an active caseload already in place, and you'll take that on from day one. You'll step into an established patient base with full clinical autonomy, backed by an engaged nursing and admin team who care about the same things you do. Beyond that, this role suits a dentist who wants time, trust and the freedom to practise in line with holistic health principles.
