About the Position:
The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to excellence and a proven track record of delivering top-quality dental care, further enhancing our practice’s reputation for clinical excellence.
What we’ll like about you:
DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
Current Virginia license or eligible upon graduation
Current CPR and BLS certifications, DEA license
Excellent chairside manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dentists who pursue a career with Bright Smiles Dental will enjoy the following benefits:
First-year employment guarantee of $200,000 or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is greater
Second-year earning = 30% of production
Sign-on bonus of $15,000
