General Dentist – Lakewood, Washington

Gentle Dental is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Lakewood, Washington. This opportunity offers a three-day workweek, a strong patient flow, and access to an experienced clinical support network—making it an excellent fit for both early-career dentists and experienced providers looking for a flexible schedule.

Position Highlights

• Compensation based on a percentage of production and experience
• Guaranteed compensation during the first 60 days
• Full-time equivalent dentists can expect to earn between $150,000 and $400,000 annually. Actual compensation for this part-time position will vary based on schedule, experience, and production.

Qualifications

• New graduates welcome
• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Current Washington State Dental License, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
• Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable
