Pediatric Dentist – Hermitage, TN

Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry in Hermitage, TN, just east of Nashville, is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with a strong background in pediatric dentistry to join our growing, dentist-led practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist or new graduate looking for strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities.

Position Highlights

• Income potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually, based on clinical proficiency and production
• Guaranteed annual base compensation: Guaranteed yearly base. With production-based earning potential above the guaranteed base
• Compensation: 30% of adjusted collections
• Schedule: 4˝ days/week
  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Primarily pediatric Medicaid patients, with some PPO
• Modern office with digital technology

Qualifications

• Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with significant pediatric experience
  • general dentists with a strong background in high-volume pediatric care are encouraged to apply
• DDS or DMD with a Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Enjoys working with children and is committed to providing high-quality, appropriate care
