Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $152,000 to $206,000
• Bonus or incentives: Non-production model focusing on quality care
• Health insurance: 75% employer paid medical coverage
• Dental & vision: Comprehensive packages available

• PTO: 160 hours of vacation, 40 hours of personal time, and 10 paid holidays
• CME: 5 days plus a $2,500 annual allowance

• Relocation assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
