General Dentist – Lead Doctor
Gardendale, Alabama

We’re hiring a General Dentist – Lead Doctor in Gardendale, Alabama who wants strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to lead a growing practice. You’ll step into a leadership role focused on delivering comprehensive dental care while overseeing daily clinical operations in a modern, state-of-the-art facility. You’ll manage multiple operatories, ensure high-quality patient care, and serve as the primary provider in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

• You have an active and unrestricted Dental License in Alabama
• You have at least 1 year of clinical experience (DMD or DDS)
• You are comfortable serving as the sole or lead dentist
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Dentrix software is a plus
