🕒 Schedule: 5–6 days per week | Overtime opportunities available

🗓 What You’ll Do

• Be the first face patients see, creating a warm and welcoming experience
• Master the ins and outs of dental insurance
• Use Open Dental software confidently
• Deliver excellent customer service at every patient touchpoint
• Schedule patients with ease and accuracy
• Create and present treatment plans tailored to each patient
• Ensure smooth and friendly patient checkouts
• Audit patient accounts with precision
• Stay on top of treatment plans, follow-ups, and cancellations

✅ Experience & Requirements

• Dental Receptionist: 1 year (required)
• Treatment Planner: 1 year (required)
• Dental Terminology: 1 year (preferred)
