Summary: Patient Consult/Implant Coordinator
The treatment coordinator is a high energy, detailed oriented individual who can answer phones, scheduling, collecting/posting payments and log patient information.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Present comprehensive plan to patients, address patient concerns and answer any questions
- Process payments, assist with and help arrange 3rd party financing and payment plans
- Track case acceptance, money collected and report daily/weekly
- Track and follow up with all patients who have unscheduled treatment
- Perform general office duties and other duties as required
- Make appointment, referrals and accurately enters data into systems
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite or similar software’s
- Detail Oriented
- Basic Understanding of clerical procedures such as recording keeping and filing
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
Education and

Experience:
- Previous clerical or front office experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
