Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our growing, patient-focused dental practice in Rockville, MD is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to help guide patients through their treatment journey while creating an exceptional patient experience.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Treatment Coordinator—or an ambitious Dental Assistant or Dental Front Desk professional looking to take the next step in their dental career. We are willing to train the right individual who brings enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve better oral health.

What You'll Do

• Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and patient-friendly manner
• Help patients understand the value and benefits of recommended treatment
• Coordinate consultations, treatment appointments, and follow-up visits
• Assist patients with insurance verification, financing options, and payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate treatment records and patient communications
• Track pending treatment and help patients move forward with recommended care
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to create a seamless patient experience
• Support practice growth through strong patient relationships and exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• Dental Treatment Coordinator experience is a plus
• Must speak Spanish
• Dental Assistant or Dental Front Desk experience welcomed—we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing treatment, finances, and scheduling with patients
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
• Team-oriented mindset and desire for long-term career growth

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$100,000 per year
• Performance-based bonus potential once trained

Schedule

• Tuesday: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a dental office as an assistant, Front Desk or TC
• Must speak Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with dental insurance and treatment procedures.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus.
