Dental Treatment Coordinator - Rockville, MD

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient consultations, presenting treatment plans clearly and compassionately.
• Manage scheduling for treatments and follow-up appointments.
• Work closely with the dental team to streamline patient care and improve case acceptance.
• Assist patients with insurance verification, financial options, and payment plans.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and manage communication between patients and clinicians.

Working Hours:

Tues 8:15 -6:00

Wed 8:30 – 6:00

Thus 12pm-10pm

Fri 8:30 – 6pm

Sat 8:15 – 6pm

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year plus bonus potential once trained

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a dental office as an assistant, Front Desk or TC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with dental insurance and treatment procedures.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus.
