Dental Treatment Coordinator, Centennial CO

Full Time | No Weekends | $20-24/hour

We’re looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join the team at Christiansen Dental! We’re committed to providing modern, conservative care while creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.

Schedule: Mon–Tues 6:30 AM–5 PM | Wed–Thurs 6:30 AM–4 PM | Fri 6:30 AM–1 PM

Compensation: $20–$24/hour

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients professionally
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Collect and manage patient balances
• Review treatment plans for accuracy based on insurance benefits
• Maintain patient information securely and accurately
• Provide a seamless patient experience from check-in through check-out

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience required
• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar dental software
• Familiarity with dental terminology highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
