We are seeking a talented and versatile Dental Technician who is looking to break out of the traditional bench-only environment. This is a unique, fully integrated position designed for an adaptable professional who thrives both at the design station and chairside with patients.

The Role

As our Dental Technician, you will bridge the gap between technical fabrication and patient-side clinical care. Your time will be dynamically split between managing digital fabrication workflows and providing proactive, hands-on clinical chairside assistance.

This integrated approach ensures absolute precision for our restorations, pristine clinical workflows, and an unparalleled, seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Digital Workflows: Design and produce a range of dental prosthetics, custom components, and surgical templates using cutting-edge computer-aided design (CAD) software, intraoral/desktop scanners, 3D printers, and milling units.
• Material Artistry: Work with advanced dental ceramics, composites, acrylics, and metals, performing custom shade-matching, characterisation, staining, and glazing directly with patients.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect, adjust, and repair existing restorations to maintain impeccable clinical standards.
• Chairside Assisting: Provide proactive, four-handed clinical support to our prosthodontists and surgeons during advanced surgical, implant, and restorative procedures.
• Infection Control: Maintain flawless infection control standards, including managing sterile set-ups, sterilizing instruments, and preparing treatment rooms.
• Patient Care: Support patients throughout their treatment journey, from initial setups to delivering clear, empathetic post-operative care instructions.

Who We Are Looking For

Essential Criteria:

• Qualifications: A formal qualification in Dental Technology (or equivalent) AND a qualification or proven competency in Dental Assisting.
• Fabrication Experience: Strong hands-on experience in dental fabrication, with a deep understanding of dental anatomy, dental materials, and digital workflows (CAD/CAM software and manufacturing).
• Clinical Assisting Experience: Proven experience providing chairside assistance for complex restorative or surgical procedures.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a compassionate, patient-focused demeanor and a collaborative team attitude.
• Technical Precision: Exceptional hand-eye coordination, fine-motor skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.

Desirable Criteria:

• Competency using dental practice management software.
• A current licensing credential to take dental radiographs.
