Our client is seeking a friendly, experienced Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join their growing Mississauga practice. They are dedicated to compassionate, tech-driven dentistry that supports long-term wellness.

POSITION:

• Experienced Dental Receptionist (2+ years Canadian experience)
• Experience with Curve Hero Dental software preferred

SOFTWARE: Curve Hero

LOCATION: Mississauga (Erin Mills Pkwy/Eglinton)

HOURS:

Mon (10–7)

Tues (7:30-4)

Wed (7:30-4)

Thurs (9-6)

Fri (9-2) every other

COMPENSATION:

• $20-$30 depending on experience and performance

JOB OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: We offer everything from general restorative care to orthodontics, cosmetic treatments, and full-mouth reconstructions—all supported by a wellness-first, prevention-based approach.

• Greeting and checking patients in/out, providing warm customer service and office tours.
• Managing and optimizing doctor and hygiene schedules.
• Updating patient records accurately in Curve Hero.
• Processing insurance claims (assignment and non-assignment) and handling check-out financial transactions.
• Supporting treatment coordination, including estimates, financial agreements, and treatment plan follow-ups.
• Handling patient communications via phone, email, and text.
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
