Hours of Shift

  • 7am-7pm Monday-Wednesday

Your Role as a Patient Care Coordinator

You’ll be the first impression for the team, your welcoming smile and personality will help put Patients at ease. In addition, you'll also help manage Patient schedules and financial commitments associated with care. Key areas of focus will be

  • Providing a warm welcome to arriving Patients

  • Booking appointments, answering general questions, and other similar support

  • Verifying and collecting insurance coverage information

  • Assisting with treatment plans and financial arrangements

Required Qualifications

What We Need From You

  • A minimum of 1 yr front desk dental experience

  • A glowing personality and a welcoming smile!

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
