Owned and run by our lead dentist Dr Carla Simoes, we are passionate about uplifting our patient’s lifestyle. The Role

Join our team as a Casual Receptionist working up to 38hrs per week with availability required over 4 days at Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care! As the welcoming face of our practice, you’ll manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every patient enjoys a positive and seamless experience, supporting our multidisciplinary team of Dentists, Therapists and Holistic Health Professionals in our vibrant 4-chair practice.

About You

You will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Valid Australian work rights.
• Dental reception experience (essential).
• Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows software.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with infection control protocols.
• A confident, energetic approach with the ability to build trust with patients.
• Passion for delivering the best care to our growing patient base.
