Looking for a casual reception role where your customer service skills really matter? Our Bendigo dental centre is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Dental Receptionist Assistant to be the welcoming face of our practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a busy front-desk environment, and wants weekday hours with weekends free.
Casual position with potential for permanency
Must be available across Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Well-established dental centre with a loyal patient base
Supportive Centre Leader and collaborative team
Front-of-house role with variety and responsibility
Utilise your skills across front-desk and clinical areas
Long-term career opportunities within a growing organisation
Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
Managing appointment bookings and dentist diaries
Handling phone, email and in-centre enquiries
Processing payments and private health fund claims
Assisting with chair-side and sterilisation duties as needed
Supporting general administration and daily clinic operations
Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey

Flexibility to assist as a Dental Assistant across chair-side and sterilisation
