The Opportunity

We are looking for a warm, organised and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team.

As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in shaping every patient’s journey. From the moment someone calls or walks in, you create a calm, friendly and professional experience that sets the tone for outstanding care. This is more than a reception role; you are central to the patient experience and the smooth running of the practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating genuine, welcoming first impressions for every patient
  • Managing appointments and coordinating schedules efficiently
  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients
  • Supporting the clinical team to deliver seamless care
  • Handling administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture

About You

You are someone who enjoys working with people and thrives
in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will bring:

  • Dental reception experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows software (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Awareness of safety measures particularly infection control protocols.
  • A confident, friendly communication style
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • A genuine passion for patient care
