Job Description



A wellness dental practice in  Richmond Hill seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist that has leadership skills.

POSITION: Experienced Dental Receptionist (2 years experience)

SOFTWARE: Oryx, switching to Akitu one

LOCATION: Yonge & Major Mackenzie Dr. W

HOURS: Thurs, Fri, 2 or 3 Sundays a month, Wed (possible)- 9/10-5/6

COMPENSATION: $24-$30 per hour depending on experience and performance

  • Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Strong skills in booking/scheduling appointments - will be trained with holistic treatments
  • Looking for a Leader that is good at problem solving
  • Discussing wellness based treatment plans, collecting payments and must be organized
  • Accurately maintain charts and patient records
  • Open to learning new things and interested in wellness setting
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Dynamic, energetic, and professional personality is key
  • Highly organized quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work
  • Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
  • Be assertive, a leader, critical thinker, problem solver.
  • Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and be able to work independently
