We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and experienced team at Homemill Dental Care in New Milton

The essentials:

• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 8.15am - 5.15pm
• There is not a requirement to work Saturdays on a regular basis, but potential opportunity for ad hoc overtime for Saturday morning cover
• Competitive hourly rate
• Opportunity for progression into Head Receptionist role for the right candidate
• Free parking locally

This is a busy reception role, working in a team of 2 to support our well established, 4 surgery private practice. The duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Maintain and update patient records
• Handle patient inquiries about treatments, procedures, and office policies
• Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and other staff
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
