We’re looking for a Dental Receptionist with some Dental Assisting experience to join our team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the friendly face of the practice but also likes getting involved behind the scenes in the surgery. One minute you could be welcoming a patient at reception, and the next you could be assisting the dentist - so if you like a role where every day is a little different, this could be for you!

Job Description

You'll play an important role in both our front-of-house and clinical teams, including:

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, friendly experience
• Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries
• Handling payments and general reception administration
• Assisting our dentists during procedures
• Preparing and setting up treatment rooms
• Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining clinical areas
• Supporting the team to keep the practice running smoothly
• Helping patients feel comfortable and well looked after
• Jumping in wherever you're needed - we're a team!

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is positive, reliable and enjoys working with people.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous dental reception experience
• Some Dental Assisting experience
• Great communication and customer service skills
• A friendly and approachable personality
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to stay organised in a busy environment
• A willingness to learn and help wherever needed
• A genuine interest in creating a great patient experience

Experience is preferred, but it's not a deal-breaker! If you have the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn, we can provide training to help you build your dental skills.
