Part‑Time Dental Receptionist – Cricklewood

3–4 days per week + 1 Saturday per month

About the Role

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage a busy diary and support clinicians with smooth scheduling
• Handle phone calls, messages, enquiries and follow‑ups
• Support treatment plan discussions in clear, accessible language
• Manage payments, deposits and finance conversations confidently
• Maintain high standards during busy periods
• Contribute positively to a calm, supportive team culture

About You

• Natural communicator with a warm, steady presence
• Organised, proactive and reliable
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks under pressure
• Commercially aware and confident with basic financial conversations
• Experience in dental, healthcare, hospitality or reception roles (preferred but not essential)
• Quick to learn new systems (Dentally experience a bonus)
