Lone Tree Modern Dental is a highly rated general dentistry clinic seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of previous experience in a dental front office position
• Someone that is personable, reliable, outgoing, and detail-oriented

Schedule:

• Monday and Thursday 7:10am-4:15pm
• Tuesday and Wednesday 6:45am-4:15pm
• Friday 6:45am-1:15pm

Compensation: $23-$28/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
• Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
• Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dental front office experience is required
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
