We are seeking an Office Manager for our thriving family-owned general practice.
In the beginning, you will wear many hats. As the schedule becomes busier, additional team members will be hired and you will have the opportunity to help build, train, and manage the team beneath you.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, personable, and comfortable working independently. You should understand that growing a new dental practice requires energy, follow-through, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. You will need to help close cases and fill the schedule.
As we grow your role will gradually transition from doing everything yourself to overseeing the people doing it, with responsibilities that may include:
We are looking for someone who can say:
“Give me the office, and I’ll help you build it.”
You should be someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do. You notice an empty schedule and work to fill it. You see an unpaid claim and follow it through until it is resolved. You recognize when a system isn't working and help create a better one.
Previous dental front desk, dental billing, insurance, or office management experience is strongly preferred.
For the right person, this can grow from a hands-on front desk/management position into a true Dental Office Manager leadership role as the practice expands.
If you are experienced in dental administration, enjoy building something new, and want a position where your contribution will genuinely make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
