Are you an experienced Dental Office Manager who loves leading people, improving systems, and creating an exceptional patient experience?

We’re looking for a confident, passionate Dental Office Leader to partner closely with our General Dentist in leading a thriving single-doctor PPO & FFS practice.

Our doctor is deeply passionate about patient care, and we’re looking for a manager who shares that passion and can help turn it into an outstanding experience for both patients and team members.

What You’ll Do

As our Dental Office Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of the practice. You’ll lead with purpose, create accountability, and help build a positive, engaged team culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing the dental team
• Creating an environment of employee engagement, accountability, and teamwork
• Partnering with the doctor to achieve practice goals and deliver exceptional patient care
• Monitoring and managing KPIs and practice performance
• Reviewing and understanding P&L statements
• Overseeing insurance verification, dental claims, and revenue-cycle processes
• Ensuring accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across front-office operations
• Managing priorities, deadlines, schedules, and daily office workflow
• Supporting patient communication and retention efforts
• Leveraging electronic PMS systems, MS 365, Patient Prism, Denticon, and other technology tools
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and the overall patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Dental Office Management experience
• Strong understanding of KPIs, practice performance, and P&L review
• Solid knowledge of dental insurance verification and claims
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• A genuine passion for people, culture, and employee engagement
• Advanced proficiency with electronic dental PMS systems and technology
• Experience with Denticon, Patient Prism, MS 365, and other patient communication platforms is highly valued
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example

Essential Functions

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new doctors, ensuring they are integrated into the practice effectively.

Work Environment

This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Physical Demands

• The position may require occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity throughout the workday.

Education and Experience

• A college degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of business or managerial experience.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
