Dental Office Manager

Full-Time | $75,000–$85,000 + Bonus

Bonney Lake Family Dentistry is hiring for an experienced Dental Office Manager.

We’re looking for a proven dental practice leader who knows how to support a team, partner effectively with doctors, create a great patient experience, and keep a busy practice running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Dental Office Manager, you’ll be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the practice and help create an environment where both patients and team members can thrive.

• Lead, coach, and support the dental office team
• Partner closely with doctors and clinical leaders
• Oversee daily practice operations and patient flow
• Support scheduling, staffing, and team performance
• Monitor practice goals, key metrics, and operational results
• Help improve case acceptance and patient retention
• Ensure a high-quality patient experience from check-in through follow-up
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members
• Maintain strong communication between the practice, operations, and support teams
• Help identify and resolve operational challenges before they become bigger problems

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates who bring both strong dental knowledge and strong people leadership.

• Previous Dental Office Manager or dental practice leadership experience
• Strong understanding of dental office operations
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working with practice goals, KPIs, schedules, and performance expectations
• A patient-focused and team-oriented approach
• The ability to balance day-to-day operations with longer-term practice growth

Experience with dental insurance, treatment presentation, scheduling, collections, and dental practice management systems is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience
