**Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of dental experience.
- Working knowledge of clinical operations.
- Proficiency in dental software (Denticon preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Payroll processing experience is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations workflow.
- Ensure the office is scheduled with confirmed patients.
- Maintain proper staffing levels, hiring as needed.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a kid-friendly environment.
- Develop, coach, and inspire team members to grow.
**Schedule:
- 8+-hour shifts.
- Saturday work as needed.
- Occasional travel to surrounding offices.
- Availability to respond to employee and patient issues outside normal work hours.
- Saturday work may be required.

Unlike other DSOs, our Partner-Doctors work with the Lone Peak management team and are part of the decision making process for their practice.
The management team is located in Denver, Colorado at the Smile Center. They provide high quality services through our subject matter experts in non-clinical operations. This includes: accounting and finance, legal, human resources, marketing, compliance, IT and recruiting.
Our support team ensures the growth of each of our dental practices through a proactive, honest, and responsive approach. Our partner-doctors and practices can rest assured knowing that the Smile Center is ready to help them run a successful dental office.
