*This is a field-based role that requires regular travel throughout Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas to support provider outreach, recruitment, and relationship management.

As a Dental Network Development & Provider Relations Associate, you will:

  • Begin outreach to prospective providers and support early-stage recruitment efforts.
  • Successfully onboard initial practices into the network.
  • Build familiarity with contracting workflows, tools, and processes.

After 6 months, you will:

  • Consistently contribute to network growth targets through provider recruitment.
  • Manage a set of provider relationships independently.
  • Help improve provider onboarding and communication processes.

Future success in this role includes:

  • Strong, trusted relationships with network providers.
  • Measurable contributions to network expansion and provider engagement.
  • Growth into more advanced contracting or network management responsibilities.

You should get in touch if:

  • Have 5 years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, sales, account management, or network development (dental or healthcare experience preferred but not required).
  • Are comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building with external partners.
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Can manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate tracking of work.
