Full Job Description:

Dental billing & Insurance Coordinator with excellent communication skills for our modern office in the Suwanee/Johns Creek area.

2 days 8 hour days 8am to 5pm a week during Mon-Thurs and pay rate $20-25/hour depending on experience

Positive on-going interactions with patients, each other, and frequent communication with our referring dental offices.

A multi-tasking individual who can easily remain organized without becoming overwhelmed.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English, Spanish, Korean) a plus but not required

Insurance verification

Dental receptionist

HIPAA

Mid-level

Management of Insurance collections & patient collections

Dental office experience

Key elements of the job:

Familiarity with digital dental software within a paperless office

Develop best practices to improve cash flow. Claim submissions. Verify benefits & reimbursement data accurately.

Appropriate coding of treatment plans and managing insurance timely reimbursement.

Patient education including treatment and insurance presentation.

Manage the Doctors schedule to achieve a productive work flow and goals.

Advocate and assist patients with financial arrangements for services.

Complete pre-authorization and pursue A/R and collections where necessary.

Handle all treatment consent forms, financial policy forms, and exit statements and/or digital receipts.

Post insurance payments correctly to patient ledgers.

Effectively communicate and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors.
