Private Practice | Ocala, FL
Part-Time (1–3 Days/Week) or Full-Time (4 Days/Week)
Fee-For-Service / PPO Practice

Our well-established private dental practice in Ocala, Florida is seeking a part-time or full-time Dental Hygienist who is committed to clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and long-term relationship building. We are a Fee-For-Service and PPO practice, allowing you to focus on quality care rather than rushed production models.

This is a patient-centered, team-oriented environment where your skills, autonomy, and clinical judgment are respected.

Position Options:

Part-Time Dental Hygienist:

• 1–3 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and charting
• Take digital radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Support the doctor in comprehensive treatment planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Experience in Fee-For-Service or PPO practice preferred
• Detail-oriented with a high standard of clinical care
• Positive attitude and team mindset
