Compensation: $52.00 – $55.00/hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus + Monthly Hygiene Bonus Potential
Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

We have built a unique, high-touch practice model that bridges the gap between fast emergency relief (from same-day toothaches and trauma) and ongoing, high-quality preventive care.
We believe patients shouldn't have to wait weeks for compassionate, top-tier dental care. Our modern Tempe office equips our team with advanced diagnostic technology, soft-tissue laser equipment, and a warm, low-stress environment where every team member is valued and supported.
As our Dental Hygienist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional preventive care, periodontal therapy, and oral health education. Partnering directly with Dr. Greding, Dr. Heyrend, and our skilled support staff, you will utilize modern hygiene protocols and laser therapy to help emergency and routine patients transition into optimal long-term oral health.
