Full-Time Dental Hygienist

Practice Name: Dr. Chandra Williams Family Dentistry

Location: Martinez, GA

Position Type: Full-Time

About Our Practice

At Dr. Chandra R. Williams Family Dentistry, our goal is to offer the absolute best dental care to our patients in a welcoming, comfortable, and up-to-date environment. Operating out of a high-functioning 5-operatory facility (including 2 dedicated hygiene ops) with 1 doctor and a close-knit 6-member team, we focus heavily on patient experience, clinical excellence, and daily team alignment.

As part of the American Dental Companies network, we couple a supportive local culture with the operational structure, clear systems, and growth opportunities of a larger organization. We operate with a strict focus on three core pillars: Patient Care, Employee Care, and Business Care.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber, growth-minded Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who does more than just complete appointments. Our ideal candidate is someone who builds deep trust, seamlessly educates patients on the oral-systemic connection, identifies clinical needs, and confidently supports the doctor's diagnoses. If you take extreme ownership of your schedule, your patient relationships, and your clinical standards, you will thrive in our structured, goal-driven environment.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Wednesdays & Weekends Closed)
  • Hours: 7:20 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a generous 1.5-hour lunch break)
  • Pay Range: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour (Hourly)
  • Benefits: N/A

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Excellence: Deliver exceptional hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and adjunctive services.
  • Diagnostics & Documentation: Perform accurate periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral photos. Thoroughly review medical histories to identify health risk factors. Complete clinical notes efficiently in Dentacon/Practice Management System.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on periodontal disease, home care, and preventive options (fluoride, sealants, night guards). Clearly communicate clinical findings to the doctor.
  • Case Acceptance: Support comprehensive patient care by identifying treatment opportunities, reinforcing doctor recommendations, and ensuring every patient leaves with their next recare appointment scheduled.
  • Team Collaboration: Active participation in morning huddles to review hygiene production goals, perio opportunities, and schedule flow. Coordinate smoothly with the Assistant, Patient Care Advocate, Schedule Flow Coordinator, and Practice Success Manager.
  • Operatory Management: Maintain a clean, sterile, well-stocked, and organized hygiene operatory.

Job Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Georgia (in good standing).
  • Clinical Confidence: Strong clinical skills with a deep understanding of periodontal therapy and a commitment to high-quality care.
  • Communication Style: Ability to educate patients in a clear, supportive, and professional manner while maintaining a team-first mindset and positive attitude.
  • Detail-Oriented: Superior accuracy regarding charting, administrative notes, and compliance.
  • Goal-Driven: Comfort working in a structured environment focused on hygiene production, perio treatment acceptance, and proactive recare scheduling.

Why Join Us?

  • Supportive Leadership: Enjoy a collaborative team environment built around mutual accountability and support.
  • Daily Alignment: Clear systems and morning huddles ensure your day runs smoothly without unnecessary chaos.
  • Direct Impact: You will have the autonomy and backing to make a direct, tangible impact on both patient health and the overarching success of the practice.

About American Dental Companies

You spent years building a practice. You deserve more than just a paycheck from it. American Dental Companies (ADC) is a dental partnership organization based in Phoenix, Arizona — built specifically for independent and solo practice owners who want the backing of a larger organization without giving up what they've worked to create.

When you partner with ADC, we take the non-clinical aspect of your business off of your plate. Billing and collections, HR, insurance credentialing, compliance, marketing, and more — our central team handles it so you can focus on your patients and your clinical work.

But what sets ADC apart goes further than operations. Our partner dentists have the opportunity to invest in other practices across the ADC network and receive monthly profit distributions. That means your income isn't limited to what happens in your own operatories. You can build a retirement portfolio — built on dental, the industry you already know.

You keep your practice name. You keep your clinical autonomy. You keep your team. What you gain is the infrastructure, the support, and the path to long-term wealth that most solo dentists never get access to. If you're a practice owner who's ever felt like you're running a small business instead of practicing dentistry — or if you're thinking about what the next chapter looks like — we'd like to talk.
