Dental Hygienist - Bilingual
Fullerton California
3 to 4 days a week, 9 hour shift (AWS)
$50-60 per hour with a monthly team performance bonus opportunity.

Requirements

  • Medical & Dental Recordkeeping Accurately document patient histories, current health conditions, and any relevant concerns. Maintain well-organized and thorough patient records, including progress notes, examination findings, and treatment plans.
  • Dental Health Education Share your expertise by educating patients of all ages on oral hygiene practices. Provide tailored advice on brushing, flossing, care for dental appliances, and periodontal care. Guide parents and patients on maintaining healthy oral habits and managing dental needs at home.
  • Patient Examination & Hygiene Perform comprehensive examinations, including taking x-rays as necessary, identifying potential periodontal issues, and detecting oral health conditions. Provide clinical preventative care such as scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and dental sealants. Maintain a patient-first approach, offering both comfort and clarity throughout the process.
  • Treatment Room Management Ensure an efficient, sterile, and well-organized treatment environment. Follow all protocols for sterilization and safety, maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
  • Compliance & Professional Development Stay up-to-date with all compliance, safety, and licensure requirements to maintain the highest standards of practice and care.

What You Will Bring

  • Associates degree or higher in Dental Hygiene.
  • Valid state dental hygiene license.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in patient care.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
