• Hourly Rate: $55–$62 per hour
• Uncapped Performance Bonus Plan
• Referral Bonus Program: $600–$2,500 depending on role

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Dental Hygiene Program
• Active Arizona Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
• Current CPR Certification
• Local Anesthesia Certification (if required by state regulations)
• Passion for patient care, prevention, and education
