**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct dental cleanings and assist dentists with examinations.
2. Take dental x-rays and perform other diagnostic tests.
3. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, such as proper brushing and flossing techniques.
4. Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants.
5. Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records.
6. Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
7. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
**Qualifications:**
1. Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
2. Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
3. Current CPR certification.
4. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Unlike other DSOs, our Partner-Doctors work with the Lone Peak management team and are part of the decision making process for their practice.
The management team is located in Denver, Colorado at the Smile Center. They provide high quality services through our subject matter experts in non-clinical operations. This includes: accounting and finance, legal, human resources, marketing, compliance, IT and recruiting.
