Dental Hygienist

$65–$70/hour | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play an important role in helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. Responsibilities include:

• Performing comprehensive dental cleanings and preventive hygiene care
• Conducting oral health assessments and documenting findings accurately
• Educating patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive treatment
• Collaborating closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Helping create a calm, positive, and patient-centered experience

Schedule & Clinical Support

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 1 hour scheduled for new patients
• 40-minute continuing care appointments
• Dedicated assistant support to help improve workflow and efficiency

Requirements

• Valid dental hygienist license in Maryland.
• Experience in a dental setting is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
