Dental Hygienist
Oshkosh, Wisconsin

We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants flexible scheduling, strong benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on preventive dental hygiene care, patient education, and collaboration with a supportive oral health team. Hygienists have flexibility to select their schedules while maintaining high-quality care standards within a mission-driven community health setting.

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay: $40 per hour for new graduates up to $46 per hour based on experience
• Health insurance: 70 percent employer paid plus 75 percent of out-of-pocket costs covered
• Dental and vision insurance approximately $194 annually
• Paid time off: Accrual-based with 3 weeks in year one plus 7 paid holidays including 1 floating holiday
• CME allowance: $500 annually
• Retirement: 403(b) and IRA with 4 percent employer match, fully vested after 4 years
• Malpractice insurance covered through FTCA
• Short-term and long-term disability 100 percent employer paid
• Life insurance: $100,000 employer provided
• Relocation assistance up to $3,000 for out-of-state candidates
