Dental Front Desk Receptionist – Premier Private Practice

Location: Riverview (Near Brandon)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | No Weekends

Compensation: $18.00 – $23.00 per Hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

As a key member of our administrative team, you will:

  • Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth

  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments

  • Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments

  • Collect patient information and maintain accurate records

  • Check patients in and out while ensuring an exceptional patient experience

  • Coordinate treatment schedules and assist with patient follow-up

  • Process insurance information and assist with claim-related inquiries

  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records

  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and financial responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of Dental Front Desk or Dental Receptionist experience

  • Experience with dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and patient relations skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Proficiency with dental practice management software

Preferred

  • Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software

  • Experience in a fast-paced private practice setting

  • Knowledge of treatment coordination and scheduling best practices
