Dental Front Desk Coordinator

Kreative Dental Care | Polk City, FL

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and proficiency

Help us create a welcoming experience from the first phone call to the next appointment! Kreative Dental Care is seeking a friendly, organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator with strong phone skills and a commitment to excellent patient service.

At Kreative Dental Care, we combine compassionate care with modern technology to help patients of all ages feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Located in Polk City, our practice offers family, cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry in a welcoming setting.

Our family-oriented, seven-operatory office includes one doctor and a close-knit team that works together to keep each day running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out.
• Answer multi-line phone calls, respond to patient questions, and provide professional, helpful service.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for the doctor and hygienists.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule by filling openings, following up on cancellations, and helping reduce no-shows.
• Send appointment reminders by phone, text, and email.
• Assist with insurance verification and accurately update patient information.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to support efficient appointment flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records while protecting patient confidentiality and following HIPAA requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Proficient phone skills and strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Dental office experience preferred; medical office experience is also helpful.
• Denticon software experience preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office while remaining friendly and professional.
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
• A team-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in helping patients.
