**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk area of our dental office, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling billing and insurance inquiries, and maintaining patient records.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar.
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the dental office staff.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle patient inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and office procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
