Dental Front Desk Position

We are seeking a professional and dependable Dental Front Desk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage front desk tasks, providing exceptional service to patients while supporting the dental team in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly environment with a well-established dental practice. Must be fluent in Spanish

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
• Verify insurance information and handle billing processes accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain and update patient records and files
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and office efficiency
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

DAYS/HOURS:

CLOSED on MONDAY

Tues 9 - 5

Weds 9 - 5

Thurs 9 - 5

Fri 8 - 4

Sat 9 - 1 (every other week)

$19 - $23 per hour

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dental front desk is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in dental office software and general computer skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
• Professional and patient-focused attitude
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
