RSMC services is currently hiring for full time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.

• Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: $200,000–$300,000/year

• Location-Specific Incentives:

  • $15,000 sign-on bonus

  • $7,500 relocation stipend

  • Implant training available

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centered team with strong clinical judgment

• Deliver high-quality, ethical dental care to all patients

• Perform comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose conditions

• Present and discuss treatment plan options with patients

• Provide efficient, high-quality clinical treatments

• Manage budget awareness and partner with Operations to meet financial goals

• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental team members

• Stay current through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
