RSMC services is currently hiring for full time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.

• Position: Full-time Dentist

• Salary: $200,000–$300,000/year

• Location-Specific Incentives:

  • $100,000 sign-on bonus

  • $7,500 relocation stipend

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric dental team

• Ensure high-quality, ethical care

• Perform comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose conditions

• Develop and discuss treatment plans

• Deliver efficient, high-quality clinical treatments

• Maintain budget awareness and collaborate with operations to meet financial goals

• Mentor and coach new dentists and staff

• Stay updated through continuing education.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
