RSMC services is currently hiring for full time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary:

• $200,000 – $300,000+ per year

Location-Specific Offers:

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

You Will Succeed By:

• Leading a patient-centric team with strong clinical judgment

• Ensuring excellent, ethical, high-quality patient care

• Performing full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions

• Presenting treatment plans and discussing options with patients

• Delivering efficient, high-quality clinical treatments

• Managing budgets and partnering with Operations to meet targets

• Mentoring new dentists and dental team members

• Staying updated on dental advancements through CE

• Networking with dental associations and community groups

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
