RSMC services is currently hiring for full time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary:

• $200,000 – $300,000/year

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead a patient-centric team with strong clinical judgment

• Ensure excellent quality care following high ethical standards

• Perform comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose conditions

• Present treatment plan options clearly to patients

• Deliver efficient, high-quality clinical treatments

• Partner with Operations Team to meet financial goals

• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental team members

• Stay updated on dental advancements through continuing education

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
